How do I report a problem or request service on my unit?

Contact your dedicated rep or call 1-800-GET-EAGLE. On rentals, maintenance is included, so if something needs attention, we will arrange service. Report any issue promptly, especially anything affecting safety or road-readiness, and we will take care of it.

Can I rent my unit month to month, or do I have to buy?

You have three options: rent monthly with no long commitment, lease long-term at a better rate, or purchase the unit outright. Rentals include maintenance, so if anything needs attention during your rental, we handle it. Tell your rep how long you expect to need storage and we will recommend the most cost-effective path. We do […]

How quickly can my unit be delivered?

With 25,000+ units staged across 20+ branches from Maine to Michigan, most markets are served within 24 to 48 hours. Delivery timing depends on your location and unit availability, so the fastest way to lock in a date is to request a quote and tell us when you need it on site.

What additional security options are available for office trailers?

A larger office trailer in a hurricane zone may need eight or more. Always confirm with your local building official or permit office. We can provide anchorage diagrams to support permit […]

How is an office trailer anchored?
