Three private offices in a single trailer. The triple office layout is built for larger teams or more complex operations where multiple people need their own enclosed workspace on site. Each room is private, the unit runs on central climate control from end to end, and the extra 10-foot width makes it feel far more like a real office than a typical job site setup. Whether you need space for a superintendent, a project manager, and a site administrator, or three separate departments working in parallel, the 10×40 triple office handles it without anyone having to share a room or work in a hallway.

Three Separate Rooms The 10×40 triple office layout divides the trailer into three enclosed private rooms, giving each team member or department their own dedicated space. Two lockable steel exterior doors with two sets of OSHA-certified aluminum stairs provide access from both ends of the unit, plus an exterior GFCI outlet.
Central Climate Control Unlike our 8-wide trailers, the 10×40 is heated and cooled by a Bard central air conditioning and heat pump mounted in the nose of the trailer. The result is consistent, even temperature control across all three rooms from one end to the other.
Extra Width for a More Comfortable Workspace At 10 feet wide, this trailer feels noticeably more spacious than our 8-wide models. There is more room to move around, hold a meeting, or have multiple people in a room without it feeling cramped.
Durable Aluminum Exterior Built with aluminum siding for long-lasting durability. Elevated off the ground on wheels, making it a practical fit for sites with soft ground, poor drainage, or high water table conditions.
Private Space for Every Team Member Three enclosed rooms means three people or three departments can each work independently without interrupting each other. No shared desks, no noise bleed, no one waiting for the other person to finish a call.
Professional Enough for Any Setting The extra width, central climate control, and enclosed room layout make this feel less like a job site trailer and more like a real office. It is professional enough to host clients, hold formal meetings, or bring in outside stakeholders without making excuses for the setting.
Built for Long Projects When a project runs for months, the quality of your workspace matters. The 10×40 triple office is comfortable, functional, and designed to hold up over extended use without the wear showing.
Ready to Move When You Are Repositionable with a standard 2-5/16 inch ball hitch as your project evolves. Eagle Leasing handles all moves on your behalf.
Depends on the unit size, wind zone, and local building codes. A standard 8×20 office container in a non-coastal area may need four ties. A larger office trailer in a hurricane zone may need eight or more. Always confirm with your local building official or permit office. We can provide anchorage diagrams to support permit applications.
Security upgrades for office trailers include reinforced door locks, window bars or security screens, alarm systems, motion-activated lighting, hurricane tie-downs (which also deter theft), and skirting to block under-trailer access. Ask your sales rep about the security package that fits your site and risk profile.
Yes. Standard stairs come with office trailer rentals. If your site needs specific stair configurations (wider stairs, landing platforms, ADA-compliant ramps), tell your sales rep at quote time and we’ll include the right access package.
Yes. Saturday deliveries are available for storage containers, storage trailers, office trailers, and office containers. Hours vary by branch (most run 6 AM to noon), so confirm with your sales rep when you schedule.
Storage containers and office containers are available across every branch. Storage trailers, road trailers, office trailers, flatbeds, and specialty units (open side, high cubes, modified units) are stocked at select branches based on regional demand. When you request a quote, we’ll confirm what’s available at the branch closest to your site — and coordinate transfers from another branch when we need to.
Office trailers are typically anchored using ground anchors (screw-in or stake-down) connected by steel straps or cables to the trailer frame. In hurricane-prone areas, additional hurricane ties are required. Local codes, wind zone requirements, and site conditions set the exact anchoring spec. Our team can advise on what your site needs.
